Job Title: Fleet Management Loan Tool Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the Premium Tool Park (PTP) and fleet centralized collection process, dispatching loan tools to customers, receiving retuned tools, inspecting and scrapping as required, and monitoring demand trends.

This role offers a challenging opportunity to ensure a positive customer service experience for both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess strong operational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
