Business Development Professional

The objective of this role is to foster growth through strategic partnerships with leading fashion and lifestyle brands. This high-impact position focuses on identifying, securing, and growing brand relationships across multiple operating models.

You will be responsible for the entire business development cycle from outreach through onboarding, supported by an Account Manager to deliver on execution.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Drive the acquisition of new brands across our Marketplace and Marketplace+ models.
  • Boost conversion of existing Marketplace brands into Marketplace+.
  • Negotiate strategic wholesale buys where appropriate.

Achieving these goals requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a highly collaborative entrepreneurial mindset.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years' experience in fashion buying, brand partnerships, or business development—ideally in a multi-brand, ecommerce or marketplace environment.

The successful candidate will be a commercially driven relationship builder with a passion for fashion and retail innovation.
