About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager to drive business growth and expansion across the East Coast of Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets through effective account management and negotiation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven success in sales with experience in territory sales management
  • Ability and willingness to travel at 50% or greater
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, analysis software
  • Experience building and managing large distributors and third-party sellers
  • Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment
