Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced IMS professional to fill a key position within our Brisbane, AU office. As the IMS Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining quality processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

  • Assist with the management of the IMS and implementation of safety, environmental, and quality management systems;
  • Be the management representative for HSEQ functions of the IMS;
  • Lead and participate in external audits of the HSEQ function of the IMS;
  • Evaluate and implement recommendations from audits;
  • Draft and maintain QA procedures and policies.

To succeed in this role:

- Possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001;

- Demonstrate proven experience in coordinating IMS activities;

- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Exhibit ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
