Job Role Summary:

Aged/Disability Community Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged/Disability Community Support Worker. This rewarding role involves assisting clients with daily routines and skills in a variety of settings, promoting their independence and dignity.

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions is essential for this position, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure. Regular updates will be provided to team leaders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. We require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, making this a great opportunity for those who value flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the toilet.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social events, promoting community access and integration.
  • Provide medication assistance, helping clients take prescribed medication safely and effectively.
  • Support clients with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
  • Variety of available shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
