Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at the Cleve Hospital and Aged Care service. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred nursing care that meets regulatory and professional standards
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop from novice to proficient through ongoing learning and experience
- Practice within your scope, while remaining responsible and accountable for your own nursing actions
Requirements:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
- Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting
- Experience in the use of computer packages, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel
