About the Role- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a residential aged care home with an individual, person-centred approach.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current registration as a nurse following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar qualification.
- A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
- Good coaching/training skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- A customer-centric approach to business.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- A willingness to apply for relevant clearances.
