Montessori Educational Leader

A dedicated Montessori professional is sought to lead our community-focused centre. As part of our dynamic team, you will thrive in a collaborative and inspiring environment.

Job Description:

In this role, you will develop and deliver a high-quality educational program for children aged 18 months to 3 years. You will provide leadership while working collaboratively with our team and engaging with parents to foster a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate Montessori program in consultation with educators and parents.
  • Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Team Support: Supervise and support staff and volunteers, fostering a cooperative team culture.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and program updates.
  • Environment Preparation: Lead the preparation and upkeep of the Montessori environment.
