Spa Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a passionate team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing spa team to deliver five-star service
  • Oversee financial performance by efficiently managing inventory, controlling costs, and monitoring profit and loss
  • Design strategic marketing plans to meet sales targets
  • Develop and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achieved
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of spa operations and team management
  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, complemented by a strong passion for wellness and luxury services
  • Previous leadership experience demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide teams towards collective success
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, embracing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry
