A Critical Role in Workday Consulting

About the Job

The Workday Consulting Services Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. This position requires expertise, guidance, and development support for the consulting management team and their subsequent team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Support the RFP response and pursuit process for consulting work.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
  • Analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain teams' ability to staff projects appropriately.
  • Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during the bi-annual review process.
Requirements:
  • Possess 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team.
