We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Community and Sustainability professional to join our team at Cleanaway. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving safety excellence across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Health, Safety, Community and Sustainability projects to reduce risk and improve control.
  • Coach and mentor managers and teams to apply knowledge and reduce Health and Safety risk.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Health and Safety standards, guidance, and tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive Health and Safety effectiveness, capability, and ways of working.
  • Support and facilitate Health and Safety regulator interaction.
  • Develop and enhance the skills of the Health and Safety business partner team.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative professional with a passion for sustainability and a strong background in Health and Safety. You will have a postgraduate qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field, and significant practical experience in Health and Safety leadership.

You will be able to influence and drive change through relevant initiatives and programs, and have a proven track record of driving complex incident investigation and root cause analysis. You will also have experience in leading Health and Safety initiatives and programs to achieve required outcomes.
