Are you a seasoned expert in Dynamics 365 CE looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value? We are seeking an experienced Functional Technical Consultant to join our team and lead the development and evolution of our Dynamics CE environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the compilation, writing and delivery of business requirements documents. You will work closely with the business and IT teams to implement and obtain formal sign offs, ensuring customer requirements are clearly defined, accepted and applied.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying CE Customisations and Solutions to sandbox and LIVE environments, as well as managing security and user access. You will ensure adherence to best practices and coordinate with the support team to maintain and administer the system according to Microsoft Best Practices.

With your expertise in all modules of Dynamics 365 CE Power Platform, Power Apps, Customer Voice, Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, MS Dataverse (CDS/DualWrite), PureCloud (GENESYS Cloud) and Power app portals, you will develop and implement customer-focused solutions that meet our customers' needs.
