Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead the development and execution of creative communications strategies from start to finish. This includes gathering audience insights, monitoring online conversation and coverage, evaluating competitor performance, and participating in brainstorming sessions.

You will provide day-to-day support to the team and clients across account management, media engagement, and influencer outreach. This role also involves supporting our insights function, including setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarking, reviewing audience feedback, and monitoring engagement.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring breaking news, industry trends, tools, and data to inform the team and client of relevant landscape shifts. You will also be an active member of new business pitches.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience working in communications agencies with client-facing and project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of earned media/PR, influencer marketing, and social media.
  • Ambitious drive to generate stand-out results.
  • Organised and people person with media contacts and great pitching skills.
  • Confident writer with strong release, Q&A, and blog writing skills.
  • Naturally curious, adaptable, and critical thinker.
