We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and expertise to support the development and implementation of our mental health initiatives.
- 8 weeks, 4 days a week
- Burnie, TAS
- ASAP start, full-time day work with on call
- Provide clinical guidance and expertise to support the development and implementation of mental health initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes
- Conduct needs assessments and develop plans to address identified gaps in mental health services
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
