Energy Lawyer Position

We are seeking a seasoned projects lawyer to support our dynamic legal team.
- Lead and manage the negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts including EPC contracts, supply and install contracts, balance of plant contracts, PPAs/offtake agreements, connection agreements, and O&M agreements.
- Provide expert advice on land acquisitions, planning approvals, and general commercial matters including NDAs, consultancy agreements, services agreements, and disputes.
- Support external counsel and contribute to strategic initiatives including precedent contract development, process adoption, and team training.
Key requirements include admission as a lawyer in Australia, 4-8 years of experience as a projects or energy lawyer in private practice or in-house, and strong understanding of energy or infrastructure transactions in Australia.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving, commercial, and communication skills.
