We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinic Administration Coordinator to join our team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. As a key member of our Gap Clinic Clinical Team, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective administration services to our clients and clinic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the support team, including Medical Receptionists and Aboriginal Liaison Officers, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and senior clinic team to achieve exceptional service delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a positive and respectful work environment.
Team Description

The clinic administration coordinator will be part of a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, registered nurses, Aboriginal health practitioners, psychologists, social workers, care coordinators, and allied health practitioners, all working together to provide comprehensive primary health care services.
