Job Description

As a senior professional in indirect tax, you will be responsible for leading and advising clients on complex and technical tax matters. This includes preparing detailed advice, private rulings, and reports on the indirect tax implications of transactions.

You will manage multiple projects, assisting clients with mergers, acquisitions, IPO listings, and due diligence reviews. Additionally, you will ensure our clients meet their GST compliance obligations by overseeing the preparation of Business Activity Statements.

Collaboration with our global offices to provide tax assistance as needed is also a key aspect of this role. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse client engagements across various industry sectors and services.

  • Lead and advise clients on complex and technical tax matters.

  • Ensure clients meet their GST compliance obligations by overseeing the preparation of Business Activity Statements.
  • Collaborate with global offices to provide tax assistance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Significant experience in indirect tax (GST and/or Stamp Duty) at an accounting or law firm is essential. A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Law is required, with previous managerial experience being advantageous.
