Indirect Tax Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our expanding indirect tax team. As a manager, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex tax matters, preparing detailed advice and reports, and overseeing project management.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and advise clients on technical tax matters, including preparation of detailed advice and reports.
- Manage multiple projects, assisting clients with mergers, acquisitions, IPO listings, and due diligence reviews.
- Ensure clients meet their GST compliance obligations by overseeing the preparation of Business Activity Statements.
- Liaise with the ATO and other State Revenue Authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- SIGNIFICANT experience in indirect tax (GST and/or Stamp Duty) at an accounting or law firm is essential.
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Law.
- Previous managerial experience is advantageous.
