Your Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with experienced engineers to investigate problems and implement practical solutions, ensuring equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Using data analytics, you will inform decision-making and drive reliability across multiple plant sites.
  • You will contribute to planning and delivering maintenance activities, shutdowns, and capital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in reliability and asset improvement projects, shaping future operations and driving business growth.
  • Develop your leadership skills through supervising small teams and working on large-scale projects, including the Railton Operations Decarbonisation Project.
About You
  • To succeed in this role, you will have completed or be near completion of a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships are essential, as is a passion for problem-solving and data analysis.
  • You will be resilient, proactive, and willing to step outside your comfort zone, motivated to grow, learn, and take on new challenges.
  • This role requires flexibility, with occasional interstate travel and relocation for each rotation between Gladstone, QLD, and Railton, TAS.
