Job Opportunity: First Aid Trainer And Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Aid Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for students, both on-site and off-site.
  • Actively participate in collecting feedback from learners and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning materials and assessment methods.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records in accordance with vocational education standards.
  • Promote our programs by visiting centers on days without classes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) qualification.
  • Current HLTAID009, HLTAID011, and HLTAID012 qualifications in Providing an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting.
  • Significant experience working in first aid roles, including as a first aid officer.
  • Be able to demonstrate currency and industry experience.
  • Provide evidence of maintaining professional development within the VET sector.
  • Experience developing learner resources and assessments.
  • Experience updating digital learning through systems like Axcelerate.
  • Meet ASQA compliance requirements.
