About the Role

A leading software solutions company is seeking an experienced Architect to provide expert guidance to our Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and SaaS platform customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping B2B software companies scale-up and grow their business on cloud-based platforms.

You understand best practices around modern technology, AI, and advanced cloud-based solutions, and provide advice on strategies for modernising and optimising existing workloads and deploying new innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate customer products and initiatives by recommending best-practice cloud architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
  • Drive technical solutions discussions with customers, solving complex technical challenges and crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
  • Scope and own each customer engagement with clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Define and execute strategies engaging highly technical teams, influencing decision makers across multiple domains to ensure customer success.
  • Act as a thought leader in the community, educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.
  • Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for cloud platforms.
