Category Lead Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading your nominated category/categories and driving its success.

  • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting category performance across channels, markets, segments, margin, productivity, brand conversion, and stock management.
  • Key to this role is executing and implementing programs per the category strategies as defined in our planning.
  • Identifying new trends, brands, merchandising programs, and ad-hoc strategies to optimize category growth and performance will also be essential.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate and maintain brand agreements and subsequent renewals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in account/brand management, preferably from the beauty/fashion industry.
  • Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are necessary.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence others are crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach are also required.
