Job Description

We help our clients enhance business performance through data-driven insights and innovative implementation strategies. Our practice is focused on client needs, with most revenue coming from repeat business with strategic clients.

The Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Practice is a key strategic practice for us. We primarily focus on assisting clients in assessing their GRC capability and providing transformation solutions to elevate that capability using our strong and tested technology platform.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop diagnostics, strategies, roadmaps, and business solutions for GRC initiatives.
  2. Lead complex engagements throughout their lifecycle; collaborate with others to identify, sell, and deliver consulting engagements dealing with GRC and/or strategic transformation.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  4. Contribute to firm growth through recruitment, mentoring, training, intellectual property generation, and networking extensively with industry experts and forums.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 12 years of experience in a governance, risk management, or compliance role within a professional service consulting environment or corporate setting.
  2. Technology risk domain experience in the industry or from another IT consulting organization.
  3. Experience leading deal construction and team delivery of solutions.
  4. A robust network of clients and industry connections to build your own internal client base and portfolio.
  5. An astute problem solver who can comprehend customer propositions in GRC and related technology matters.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
  7. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to craft compelling presentations.
  8. Proven ability to lead, develop, and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  9. Create and maintain a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within the organization and client engagements.
  10. Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels.
  11. Tertiary qualifications in Law, Compliance, or Risk Management and Technology would be ideal.
