Job Title: Employment Consultant, Disability Employment ServicesTransform Lives as an Employment Consultant

As a dedicated employment consultant, you will empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and lead independent lives. Your role plays a vital part in supporting job seekers to transform their lives through tailored employment solutions.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver quality services that meet contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers, supporting them to become job-ready through skills identification and development.
  • Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways, enhancing participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups to promote mutual understanding and collaboration.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • You will have a passion for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients, while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check and complete a National Police Check.
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
