You'll also be responsible for providing social welfare interventions to empower individuals and their families to adapt to change and achieve quality of life.

As a Support Coordinator, you'll have a good understanding of NDIS funding and be able to support clients in understanding their funding and budgets. You'll also be able to assist clients in requesting additional funding through the NDIA and help them navigate the NDIS planning process.
