Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver exceptional educational outcomes and develop curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Goodstart Early Learning Framework in your daily practice, ensuring that every child feels valued, respected, and included.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in decision-making processes.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting diversity, equity, and social justice.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
