At JD Sports, we're looking for a highly skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading your store with a customer-first mindset, delivering exceptional in-store experiences and inspiring your team to achieve this every day.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive the team's performance, coaching them to cultivate high-performing teams that deliver great results. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the team to achieve financial budgets and targets, and ensuring visual merchandising excellence. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive great in-store service that meets the high standards of JD Sports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive team performance and achieve financial budgets and targets
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock levels and maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure smooth store operations
