Customer Service Representative

This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on customers' lives, working in a collaborative environment that promotes individual, consumer and community benefits.

About the Position

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for taking calls from customers, answering their enquiries and providing assistance with their issues. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate, performance-based commissions and/or bonuses available.

You will receive extensive paid training to support your career development, work in a supportive, engaging and highly interactive environment where casual attire is welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Update customers' accounts with relevant notes and details after each call.
  • Liaise with stores and colleagues to assist in delivering orders to customers.
  • Answer calls from stores and drivers to help them with their enquiries.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to coordinate delivery of items to customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid visa with full working rights.
  • Full time availability.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Applications.
  • Access to a Windows 10 based PC or laptop with an Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and antivirus installed.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • A headset with a microphone.
