Learning and Development Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Learning and Development Team. As a facilitator who enjoys designing, developing and delivering world-class training, you will work with a close team of colleagues focused on delivering outstanding people outcomes.

This role will focus on training our people on various value-adding training courses including Leadership facilitation. You'll need strong presentation skills and past facilitation experience to succeed.

  • You possess strong presentation skills with experience in face-to-face, virtual and hybrid delivery models.
  • You're exposed to different learning methodologies.
  • You're confident and highly proficient in administrative tasks such as reporting, training design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver world-class training.
  • Coaching and problem-solving through innovative learning solutions.
