Imagine shaping the future of architecture across a complex organisation as an influential Architectural Leader.

This role requires guiding and supporting an architecture community on best practices, standards, methodologies, and toolsets with a focus on Model Driven Architecture. You will promote a collaborative culture through coaching, mentoring, and training while helping to curate and maintain models and meta-models within an enterprise repository ensuring consistency and alignment.

A successful candidate will be a natural leader with deep expertise in architecture practices and talent for empowering others. Key responsibilities include championing Architecture Best Practices, guiding Governance and Consistency, coaching and mentoring, driving Capability Building, managing Architecture Assets, engaging and influencing, ensuring Alignment and Compliance, and staying Ahead of the Curve.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong knowledge of Model-Based Architecture and proficiency with architecture modeling tools. Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies is also required. Experience in insurance or financial services is beneficial but not necessary. Consulting background can be advantageous.

This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker and strong communicator to enable architectural excellence across the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, TOGAF or equivalent architectural certification, 10+ years of IT experience, and relevant skills and qualifications.
