  • Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of funeral services for families
  • Work closely with family members from initial contact to guide them through the process and respond to their requests
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team, and provide support and guidance for the family
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction
  • Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
  • Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail
  • Possess a full unrestricted driver's license
