Funeral Support Role
This position involves providing support to our funeral director team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of funerals.
- Consulting with clients on funeral planning.
- Meeting and greeting clients, and offering refreshments.
- Issuing quotes and liaising with suppliers.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- A current Driver's licence.
