As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play a key role in providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching/facilitation. This leadership position involves integrating theoretical knowledge, evidence-based principles, and clinical nursing expertise into educational experiences for both new employees and experienced staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing system strategies and tools to assess competence of new nursing staff members, whilst contributing to quality and safety initiatives across the department. Additionally, they will attend relevant policy & procedure meetings, ward meetings, and monthly Education Meetings.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and self-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and education. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent, as well as demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms.
