
Sales and Inventory Specialist

As a Sales and Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our sales floor and stockroom. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, promoting Samsonite products while meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain accurate inventory records. You should also be knowledgeable about store layouts, products, and stock availability.
To succeed in this position, you must be able to:
- Provide professional advice and demonstrations of Samsonite products to customers.
- Maximize sales through detailed product knowledge and add-on sales.
- Be knowledgeable about store layout, products, and stock availability.
- Deal with customers in a cheerful, polite, and efficient manner.
- Process transactions efficiently and in a professional manner.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for:
- Assisting in unloading shipments, checking shipment accuracy, and processing deliveries according to policy.
- Unpacking inventory and organizing inventory in the stockroom and replenishing stock on the sales floor as needed.
- Conducting regular inventory cycle counts and supporting stock takes.
- Maintaining backup stock and stockrooms in an organized manner.
- Assisting managers and team members in preventing theft through proper inventory management.
