About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our consulting group, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives for clients in the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Lean Six Sigma and process governance.
  • Develop and implement target operating models in a non-profit environment, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and drive productive conversations about the continuous improvement mindset, ensuring a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, building strong relationships and delivering results.
  • Develop and maintain process governance models, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading client-facing process improvement initiatives, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing target operating models, with a focus on business growth and efficiency.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to drive productive conversations and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain process governance models.
