**Retail Operations Manager Role**:
This position involves leading a team that sets up the store for success. You will be responsible for breaking down pallets, restocking shelves to meet customer needs, and focusing on operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and strong communication skills to delegate work to team members.
Key responsibilities include reviewing sales data, planning promotions, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
In addition, you will need to manage store equipment, implement safety protocols, and maintain high standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S).
This role requires a driven individual who can motivate a team to achieve goals, improve performance metrics, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

We are looking for someone with flexible availability to work between 2 pm - Midnight, Monday to Sunday.
