About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Asahi Beverages in Huntingwood. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance initiatives to reduce downtime and improve overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process capability, drive efficiencies, and optimize performance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced problem-solving, tackling complex challenges to maintain seamless operations.
  • Ensure adherence to stringent safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Trade-qualified Electrician with extensive experience in specialized electrical maintenance roles.
  • Ability to diagnose and fault-find using PLC and SCADA software.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance, engineering, and production processes within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HMI, Lock Out & Tag Out processes, and quality control procedures.
  • Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor operational team members.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
