Job Title:

Casual Trainer & Assessor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver nationally recognised qualifications in community services, aged care, and disability support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting learners and shaping the future workforce in the care sector.

  • This role involves delivering engaging and compliant training sessions (face-to-face and/or online)
  • Conducting practical skills assessments and workplace observations
  • Marking student assignments and providing constructive, timely feedback
  • Supporting and monitoring student progress, providing tailored learning assistance
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating training and assessment materials
  • Maintaining accurate student records and assessment documentation
  • Ensuring training delivery meets ASQA standards and training package requirements

You will work closely with industry experts to ensure that our training remains current and relevant.

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations
  • Providing clear and concise feedback to students
  • Supporting students to achieve their learning goals
  • Developing and maintaining training materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • Relevant qualifications in community services, aged care, or disability support
  • Current industry experience and vocational competency
  • Sound knowledge of RTO compliance and VET sector practices
