About the Role: We are looking for compassionate and highly motivated professionals to join our multidisciplinary team. In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader to deliver exceptional care to our clients. A typical day may involve supporting clients with daily living tasks, preparing for appointments, writing reports, and collaborating with your team to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in their homes and communities, promoting independence and well-being
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
