Material Supply Planner

About the Role:

We are seeking an inquisitive and forward-thinking Material Supply Planner to join our team. You will be responsible for efficient and effective logistics operations, working with key stakeholders to deliver customer service excellence and ensure our factory has everything it needs to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep supply chain operations running smoothly by maintaining efficient inventory flows from supplier to manufacturing.
  • Serve as a process champion, testing, improving, and streamlining Material Supply Planning processes.
  • Drive planning processes and bring innovative ideas to logistics initiatives with customers and suppliers.
  • Balance service, cost, and cash by delivering accuracy and execution excellence.
  • Analyse data to support informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong technical skills and adaptability.
  • Natural curiosity and confidence in navigating technology systems.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or supply chain is advantageous.
  • Degree qualifications are welcome, though not required.
  • Commercial awareness with interest in procurement and data analysis.
