Project Management Opportunity

Mott MacDonald is a vibrant and forward-thinking engineering consultancy with global expertise in planning, designing, delivering and maintaining various infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Defence and Security Division in Australia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) via the Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EWP projects on schedule, within high quality standards in a Defence environment.
  • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and industry delivery partners.
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for Defence clients.
  • Manage and support technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of Defence infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, civil, or maritime; Defence experience preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines desirable.
  • Citizen of Australia and ability to achieve a current AU security clearance.
