Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager to become part of our accomplished team, based in our Geelong CBD office.

You will collaborate with some of the most successful and seasoned professionals in the area to enhance your earnings, expand market presence, and establish yourself as a leading figure in this field.

Your role will be crucial in overseeing a varied portfolio that includes Industrial, Retail, and Office properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, maintain, and expand our commercial property portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
  • Implement and manage systematic lease administration, financial oversight, and comprehensive reporting, including monitoring statutory charges and advising clients as needed.
  • Facilitate negotiations regarding rent adjustments and lease renewals.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance activities.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Real Estate sector (experience in the Commercial domain is a plus).
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to take initiative and address complex challenges.
