SAP Business Analyst - Data Migration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical business analyst with expertise in SAP systems to join a public sector team.

  • As a data migration specialist, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive accurate and reliable data into SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring the integrity of payroll and HR data.
  • You will gather and prioritize data quality requirements for SAP S/4 HANA migration, liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on data cleansing activities.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the migration and transformation of payroll and SAP SuccessFactors data, developing and maintaining data quality reports and dashboards.
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate data validation testing for integration into SAP systems, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

About the Role:

  1. This role requires proven experience as a technical business analyst focusing on data management and cleansing, with strong knowledge of SAP systems (S/4 HANA, ECC, HR, FICO).
  2. Experience with data migration, cleansing tools (e.g., InfoSteward), and Agile methodologies is essential, along with excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience in large-scale ERP implementations within government or utilities, familiarity with HR transformations, and SAP Activate methodology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Management: Gather and prioritize data quality requirements for SAP S/4 HANA migration, ensuring accurate and reliable data integration.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on data cleansing activities, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Migration and Transformation: Oversee the migration and transformation of payroll and SAP SuccessFactors data, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

Requirements:
