We're looking for a casual team member passionate about taking our customer on a journey to their next outfit.

Position Purpose:

As a Casual Stylist, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive personal sales, and ensure operational excellence.

You'll demonstrate and display values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity in everything you do – always leading by example.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity in every aspect of your role.
  • Participate in effective communication with the team and management.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Performance Expectations:

  • Implement CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction to create an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist in achieving strong sales performance in line with store goals.
  • Support the Store Manager to complete product moves to support sales.
  • Execute daily store standards in line with VM standards guide.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and features, using the product guide.
