- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to our senior leadership on IT investments and opportunities.
- Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Maintain and improve our cybersecurity and data protection measures to safeguard digital assets and sensitive information.
- Change Management: Ensure effective change management around IT initiatives, with a focus on training and upskilling our staff.
- Data Transformation: Improve our data platform and data management/governance to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Technology and Infrastructure: Develop and implement a broad range of systems across cloud and infrastructure, investment technology, and more.
- Cyber Security: Enhance our cyber resilience and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ASIC and APRA standards.
- Experience: Proven experience in investments, wealth/fund management, technology, data, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Previous experience as a Head of or General Manager in a similar role.
- Regulatory Experience: Experience working with regulators, such as ASIC and APRA.
- Lean Environment: Experience working in lean environments, where you have rolled up your sleeves to drive results.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney. We are expecting a high level of applications, so please only apply if you meet the above criteria. Australian Citizenship or PR is required.
