We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to join our Residential Aged Care division.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time role that involves working across the western metropolitan region. You will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System and supporting governance by:

  • Monitoring quality of care and service systems through audits and data analysis
  • Collating and analysing quality of care indicators
  • Identifying and reporting regulatory compliance risk and gaps

You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality by leading an outcomes-based approach.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in quality or management within a service context.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of aged care and the reforms happening in the sector.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to work in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
