The Role

We are seeking a full-time Accommodation Receptionist to work with us at our site, assisting with the day-to-day running of accommodation and room booking functions. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service and have an intermediate level of computer skills with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain Reservation Booking Systems
  2. Ensure room information is up to date in real-time
  3. Relay information to cleaning and housekeeping personnel to ensure all requests are responded to
  4. Perform daily accommodation and reception desk services
  5. Handle customer queries and requests within suitable time frames
  6. Ensure accurate filing and record keeping are maintained
  7. Follow safety practices in the workplace

Requirements

  1. Certificate II in Business Administration or relevant industry experience in a similar role;
  2. Experience with a Reservation Management System (desirable);
  3. Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory);
  4. Experience with the Defence Estate Management System (desirable);
  5. Must hold a current Australian Drivers License;
