Debt Collections Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Debt Collections Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in debt collection and recovery, with the ability to develop compliant and effective collections processes.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a global financial super app that is changing banking for good.

The successful candidate will lead the development of collections processes, ensure they remain efficient and compliant with regulations, and own the end-to-end debt collections process for retail credit portfolios.

They will also be responsible for optimising in-house and outsourced collection capability, applying technology and analytics to improve cure rates, and implementing strategic payment programmes to optimise recoveries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in debt collection and recoveries, knowledge of credit products, local debt collection laws, and relevant regulations.

Key skills include logic, reason, and common sense, as well as market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision.
