Product Design Professional

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help shape the end-to-end customer experience across digital products. Our mission is to enhance the lives of pet owners, and we need someone with strong UX thinking and polished UI execution skills to deliver high-quality designs.

About the Role

This mid-senior level position requires owning the end-to-end design process for key customer journeys across web and mobile. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to uncover insights, prototype ideas, and deliver results that meet our vision.

  • Owning the end-to-end design process for key customer journeys.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business objectives.
  • Planning and conducting user research to validate ideas and uncover opportunities.
  • Creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate concepts.
  • Contributing to and evolving our design system for a consistent and high-quality user experience.
  • Communicating design decisions and engaging stakeholders in the process.
Ideal Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years' experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in a digital product environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across responsive web and/or native mobile.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and common product tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Ability to lead or support user research - both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Experience working within or contributing to a design system or pattern library.
