We're seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our team in the Western Suburbs. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of building services on major projects worth over $100m.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in building services management, with experience delivering projects of this scale and complexity.
  • An Associate design qualification or tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, cost control, and commercial relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of statutory compliance requirements in various regions and territories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on relationship building, influencing, communication, and negotiation.

Our total remuneration package for this role is estimated to be in excess of $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a senior manager in the Western Suburbs.
